Musubi Dachi
Musubi Dachi is a stance in Kyokushin karate. It translates to 'Heel-Toe Stance' or 'Closed Feet Stance.' In this stance, the feet are together with the toes pointing slightly outward, forming a V-shape. The heels are also slightly apart, allowing for stability and balance. Musubi Dachi is commonly used at the beginning and end of katas (forms) and during formalities such as bowing to show respect.
